Winnebago has introduced a new smart system called Connect that makes managing an RV easier than ever. It links all the major systems in the RV to a touchscreen and a smartphone app, giving you control and monitoring capabilities right at your fingertips.

Traditional RVs have always required constant attention to systems like lighting, climate control, water levels, and more. Previously, checking these meant using multiple small panels with basic LED indicators. Now, with Connect, all of that is streamlined into one interface. The system controls everything from interior and exterior lights to heating, cooling, ventilation, water pumps, slide-outs, and powered awnings (if your RV has those).

Beyond controlling the basics, Connect also monitors the lithium-ion battery’s charge, propane generator status, and power flow from solar panels or shore power. It tracks fresh, gray, and black water levels in both gallons and percentages and even lets you know how much propane is left.

The phone app mirrors the RV’s touchscreen, offering an easy-to-navigate dashboard. You can toggle systems on and off, adjust settings like climate control, and even check how much power each system is using. A helpful feature estimates how long the battery will last based on your usage.

Overall, I’d say Connect is a big step forward for making RVs more user-friendly and modern, keeping everything you need to know and control in one place.

One more thing to break on an RV! ha. Seriously though, it’ll be pretty cool if it works well.
