Hundreds Lose RV Resort Access After Ownership Change Voids “Lifetime” Memberships

Families who thought they had secured lifelong access to Roaring Run RV Resort in Pennsylvania are now facing unexpected fees or eviction. The move comes after years of financial losses, mounting debt, and unsuccessful efforts to raise new capital. Once the deal is done, Lazydays will dissolve and expects no value left for shareholders. Campers Inn may continue operations at several locations, but RV owners might see changes in staff and policies during the transition.
