Newbie here, I have a lithium battery that seems to be draining pretty quickly, within a few weeks, while my RV is in storage. I have the battery switch off. Is thus normal or is something draining my batteries still?

No, it’s not normal. Something is still pulling power. Many RV battery switches don’t fully isolate the battery, so things like co detectors, etc. can still draw power. To confirm, check for parasitic draw with a multimeter or disconnect the negative cable during storage.
