I follow your Facebook posts and see a lot of your waterfront campgrounds that are cheap. I see many of them are cheap because of the senior pass you talk about. What is the senior pass and how do you get one?

Hey John,

It’s the America the Beautiful Senior Pass from the National Park Service, available to those age 62 and older, and it covers entry at national parks and other federal recreation sites that charge entrance fees, plus 50% off camping at many federal campgrounds, including most Corps of Engineers (COE) parks, like many of the ones we post about.

Lifetime and annual options are available.
