I may be looking for a unicorn, but any recommendations on a campground within an hour of Dallas, TX with water and electric, sewer hookup would be nice but if not we need a dump station, for cheap, preferably under $25 a night. If its not possible thats fine, but we’ll be spending 10 days in Texas with family so it needs to be comfortable (keep in mind we have kids) and I dont want to spend an arm and a leg.

I don’t have any specific recomendations, but I’d look at COE campgrounds. They offer the most bang for the buck imo and are often in your price range. Check out recreation.gov

Check out Highview Park near Ennis, Texas. its an hour south of Dallas, has water and electric hookups and is only $18 a night ($9 if you have an America the Beautiful Senior Pass). Bonus, its lakefront!

There are several more on my list here that are closer, but are slightly over your $25/night requirement: https://camperfaqs.com/waterfront-rv-campsites-in-texas-under-30. But all are under $30.
