We just drove through a bad snowstorm last week and my anxiety went through the roof. Which got me thinking, can we stop under an overpass if a snowstorm hits? Just until it passes, and we can safely proceed? Thoughts?
The best course of action in this scenario is to exit the highway and park somewhere safe. If the conditions are that bad then you risk somebody losing control and plowing into you if you’re on the shoulder of the road.
What Tory said! Always exit the highway if possible.
