Just bought a new Jayco travel trailer. I am at the campground and the tub is filling up with what looks like waste water! Both grey and black valves are open. TIA
Hi Kelly! Welcome to the forum. I would first suggest that you leave your tanks closed until they are 2/3 full, then empty them. Leaving the black tank open will lead to solids building up in the tank and causing a clog. That is likely the issue here.

I’d say Tory’s probably right. But, I’d also throw out their that you might have another grey tank that could still be closed. Some campers have a black tank, a grey tank, and a galley tank. Just throwing that out there just in case. It could be that you have the galley tank open, which collects water form just the kitchen sink, but the grey tank is still closed.
