I have a 2020 Forest River Alpha Wolf. When I connect the hose to the city water inlet, it seems to be entering my freshwater tank which then eventually overflows. I also noticed the pump runs cycles continouosly when using water from the freshwater tank. Do I have a leak somewhere? Any ideas?

A faulty or stuck check valve will cause both of your issues. If the check valve fails, water can flow backward into the freshwater tank. This backflow reduces the pressure in the water lines, prompting the water pump to turn on to compensate for the lost pressure, thus the constant cycling. Clean or replace it, and you should be good to go!
