Do RVs have special sized mattresses or can you put a regular home mattress in an RV? The “queen” size in our RV looks a little smaller than our home “queen” mattress.
Many RVs have standard queen-sized mattresses. However, some have a short queen, which might be the case for you if it looks shorter. A short queen is only 5 inches shorter, though, and the same width as a standard, so depending on your setup, you might still be able to use a standard queen.
We have a standard queen and put a memory foam topper on it. Made a huge difference and was much cheaper than replacing the mattress.
I like the foam topper idea!
