We used to have one but I could never get it to work right. It either didn’t heat the water or the water woudl be hot then cold then hot… Took it back to the RV back to the dealer and swapped it out for a tank.
::Nope, but I remember my mom always collecting postcards everywhere we went when I was a child, She probably has boxes full of postcards somewhere right now!
::I’ve dealt with htis in the past with my car. The most effective thing I found was diluted rubbing alcohol. I would make sure its no more than 70% as to not hurt your paint and test in an inconspicuous spot. But the sap comes off in literally seconds. Hand sanitzer works too.
::An electric space heater. Grab a Lasko from any local Wal-Mart, etc and it will heat the RV fairly quickly depending on the size.
::WOrst thing for us was some firewood stolen. Where you stay at plays a big part in the security of your items.
::I have a 20ft and a 10ft. There have been parks where 20ft wasnt quite long enough so I’m glad I had the 10ft with me
::FWIW, I wish I had got the 16000 grain instead of 8,000. I feel like I’m regening the thing every week. That said, we use a lot of water and are in AZ, where the water is as hard as a rock.
::We only take one, which lasts us an entire weekend trip with some left over. We just put it in the shower while driving and pull it out and put it next to the kitchen counter when we use it.
::I use our fireplace heater and a lasko space heater. Lasko is cheap, safe, and you can get them at your local Walmart, Home Depot, pretty much anywhere.
::If budget isnt a concern, I’d go with a dual fuel inverter, like the Champion 4650 or Predator 5000. Quiet, efficient, and can use propane or gasoline. But will set you back about a grand.
::Plunger did the trick. thanks. I’ll check out the drain millipede. makes sense about wanting to pull the clog out.
