Other than people in facebook groups claiming they work, I don’t believe there’s any evidence that they do. The only way to know is to buy one and try it out and return it within the return window if it doesn’t work.
@ia_camper is correct. You’ll hear just as many people say they work as they don’t work. And there’s no evidence they do other than anecdotal. Peppermint oil and chili oil have been tested to be effective, but really the only way to keep mice out is to seal off all entry points, which I detail here: https://camperfaqs.com/how-to-keep-mice-out-of-camper-best-methods
They did not work in my house, but they can be finicky as far as placement goes I’ve read. I’ve never tried in a camper but I dont think it would make much of a difference.
