          Weitz & Luxenberg is suing Winnebago and Grand Design RV for allegedly selling RVs with faulty frames and hiding the defects from buyers. The class action covers models like Reflection, Influence, Solitude, and Momentum sold between 2020 and 2023. The lawsuit claims these RVs are unsafe to drive and difficult to repair under warranty, leaving owners stranded and out thousands of dollars. The firm is demanding compensation and a recall.
