Love’s Travel Stops is heading into 2026 with one of its largest expansion efforts in years, and RV travelers are getting a noticeable share of that investment.

As part of a broader growth and reinvestment plan, there is a clear signal aimed at RVers: 23 new RV Stops are scheduled to open, adding 150 new hookups across the country.

That addition pushes Love’s RV network past 140 locations nationwide, with more than 2,000 hookups once the new sites come online.

23 New RV Stops Planned For 2026

Love’s says the 23 new RV Stops will be added throughout its existing and expanding travel stop network. These locations are designed to provide RV-specific hookups alongside the traditional amenities Love’s is already known for, including fuel, restrooms, and food options. With 150 new hookups being added, the company continues to scale a standardized RV offering rather than one-off locations.

Once completed, Love’s RV network will span more than 140 locations across the United States. The company describes the experience as consistent and convenient, a key detail for RVers who often plan routes around dependable stops rather than individual campgrounds.

Tires And Batteries Coming To Select Locations

In addition to expanding RV Stops, Love’s plans to begin selling tires and batteries aimed at the RV crowd for the first time, starting this spring. These products will be available at 79 locations that already offer both truck care services and RV hookups.

This move brings RV-specific maintenance items into Love’s existing service footprint. For travelers already stopping for fuel or hookups, access to RV tires and batteries at the same location reduces the need to detour to separate service centers.

Part Of A Larger $700 Million Expansion Plan

The RV additions are part of Love’s newly named Road Ahead Plan, a $700 million investment focused on new construction and remodeling across its national network. In 2026 alone, Love’s plans to open 20 new locations and update 35 existing ones. More than half of all Love’s locations are expected to be newly built or remodeled by 2035.

To speed up construction timelines, Love’s will temporarily close certain locations during remodeling while operating mobile buildings on-site to continue offering fuel, restrooms, and limited food and beverage options.

Truck Parking, EV Charging, And Alternative Fuels

Alongside RV-related growth, Love’s continues to expand amenities aimed at other travelers. The company plans to add 1,500 truck parking spaces in 2026, bringing its total to more than 52,000 spaces nationwide by year’s end. Two new truck care locations and four truck washes are also scheduled to open.

Love’s Alternative Energy, the company’s alternative fuels division, will install 100 new EV charging stalls in 2026 through the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure grant program. Over the next several years, fast chargers are expected to be available at approximately 150 locations. Hydrogen and compressed natural gas stations remain part of the broader alternative energy strategy.

Loyalty Program And In-Store Updates

Love’s is also preparing to roll out an updated Love’s Rewards program later this February. The revamped program allows customers to earn points per dollar spent inside the store as well as on gasoline and auto-diesel. Additional points will be available for Love’s branded products and Love’s Fresh Kitchen items.

The loyalty platform will support Love’s Media Group, a retail media network built around Love’s physical locations, digital signage, fuel pump screens, mobile app, and rewards offers.

Food Service And Technology Upgrades

On the food side, Love’s plans to expand the use of intelligent ordering kiosks at more quick service restaurant locations. Order-ahead options introduced last year at brands such as Arby’s, Hardee’s, Taco John’s, Bojangles, and Carl’s Jr. will continue to grow.

The company also confirmed that its first Whataburger location is expected to open in early 2026, adding another national brand to its food lineup.
