Need help accessing your ad-free experience or managing your subscription? Start with the steps below. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll help.
How do I sign in?
Visit CamperFAQs and look for the sign-in option near the top of the website.
On a phone, you may need to open the navigation menu first, then click login.
Sign in using the email address or username associated with your membership. If you have more than one email address, use the one you entered when subscribing.
Already see your name near the top of the website? Select it to access your profile.
Where can I find my membership?
Once signed in:
- Select your name near the top of the website.
- Choose Profile.
- Look for My Memberships.
This section shows your membership, subscription price, and next payment date.
How do I update my payment information?
Open Profile → My Memberships, then select Update Billing Info. Follow the prompts to update your payment information.
Please don’t send credit card details by email or through our contact form.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Profile → My Memberships, then select Cancel. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation.
If you can’t access your account or need help canceling, please contact us.
Why am I still seeing ads?
If you have an ad-free membership but ads are appearing, try these steps:
- Check that you’re signed in. Look for your name near the top of the page.
- Check your membership. Open Profile → My Memberships and look for Premium – Ad Free.
- Refresh the article. After signing in, return to the article and reload the page using your browser’s refresh button, usually shown as a circular arrow.
If you opened the article inside Facebook or another app, try opening CamperFAQs directly in your usual browser, such as Safari or Chrome, and signing in there.
Still seeing ads? You don’t need to keep repeating these steps. Contact us so we can investigate.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive.
