I use RV Life Trip Wizard! By far the best, IMO and I’ve tried quite a few. It’s $65 a year, but is well worth it. RV park is another popular option that used to be free, but I think for advanced features/planning its now $20 year (somebody correct me if I’m wrong). I will use Google maps if an idea for a trip pops in my head and I want to do some quick high level planning, but RV Life Trip Wizard is where it’s at!
